The Coaching and Leading Skills Retreat Programme
2017 dates to be announced soon
This programme is unique in the fact that it takes place away from the workplace and all electronic devices are prohibited from use during the facilitation to enable all delegates to fully engage.
This ground-breaking three-day retreat programme has been exclusively designed for directors, managers, leaders and safety and health personnel to make a significant difference within their organisation.
A comprehensive journal is provided which contains resourceful and thought provoking exercises based around experiential learning.
What does the course aim to achieve?
A clear understanding of each person’s own style and management/leadership approach and the ability to plan a strategy to move safety and health aspects forward. Working in small groups through mindful facilitation is a powerful way of growing the learning potential.
What will you learn?
Aside from the principles of coaching and leading, this programme is carefully designed to develop a translucent understanding through group facilitation, not training. You will learn about your own strengths and abilities as a leader. Please read more on the structure of the CaLS Retreat Programme Course.
